Jerez is just half an hour from the ancient port of Cadiz by train, and 12 km by local bus to Puerto Santa Maria, one of many nearby beaches on the Costa de la Luz, and well worth a visit.

Golf courses and the mountain villages are within easy reach. Rental cars are readily available and inexpensive. The flats are an excellent, central base for exploring the town, the Province of Cadiz or the whole Andalucia region.
